some benefits:
- hair growth
- naturally softening the hair
- moisturised hair has more definition
- it is easier to seal in the moisture
At bedtimes, apply some oils on the length of your hair this step is optional if your hair is already oiled.pull your hair/braids to a loose bun, ponytail or your chosen style.warp your hair in a plastic or shower cap, you can use a scarf to tight it just to ensure enough warmth as possible. you can leave the hair covered for as long as possible if possibly overnight.when you remove the plastic/shower cap you should be able to notice some tiny water bubbles and those tiny bubbles is called the greenhouse effect. after removing the plastic/shower cap, your hair should be damp, allow to dry natural.moisturise and seal your hair with oils and style as desired.
Great tips

thank you very much hun;)
Deletereally creative post and originality!!
ReplyDeletethanks babes!!!!!
DeleteI usually spray my scalp and hair with my DIY moisturizing spray, apply a moisturizing lotion, seal with my mix of oil and my diy (specially made) whipped shea butter, cover with a plastic bag and wear a wig cap instead of a shower cap. I sleep better with the plastic bag and wig cap than a shower cap.

my dear that is also a very lovely way to do it. saran wraps, grocery bags, plastic shower cap they all work fine. which ever one is available.
DeleteI TRY TO DO THIS, but sometimes I'm just like whatever and go to bed.
ReplyDeleteEspecially since I find that all the oils just mess up my pillow/pillow case. Ugh.. Then my whole neck has oils on it during the night and I like to sleep uhm without ANY disturbance, so Head caps and things also bug me. LOL..
But some days, I really try to do it during the day.
lol i understand what you mean:) it can get messy on the pillow case.
ReplyDeleteI love doing this to my hair. I have seen so much growth; but then I applied heat and burnt it hair off by mistake (yay to fine 4C hair).
