One of the easiest ways to make your hair shiny and look healthy is to always do a cold water rinse after you wash your hair. this does not mean you should use freezing water.
This cold water rinse helps smooth your hair cuticle, making it reflect light rather than absorbing light and making it look dull.
2. VINEGAR
Adding this can make your hair super shiny.
Get some apple cider vinegar from your kitchen cabinet and add one part vinegar to three parts water. vinegar helps restore the pH on your hair, helps clarify your scalp from product build-up and also helps smooth the hair cuticles.
3. LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER
If your hair is stressed out, dry and dull. A leave-in conditioner can be a miracle worker. leave-in conditioners can tame frizz, moisturise and help give you a beautiful shine.
They are too easy and cost free not to try out. add one part your favourite conditioner and 3 parts water. you can spice it up by adding your favourite essential oil and aloe Vera juice.
