OATMEAL

''Just as you must eat to survive you must feed your hair to maintain it's health, shine and manageability'' unknown.

Oatmeal is very nourishing for the hair, it also leaves our hair healthy looking soft an silky. this recipe only needs 3 ingredients that is always around the house and like must have noticed that i love treatments that are quick, simple and most of all cost-free.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of oats

2 tablespoon Almond oil(olive oil)

1/2 cup of milk

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together

Apply to well detangled hair

Allow to sit for 20-30 minutes

Rinse with water.

Apply conditioner as normal and rinse out with cold water.
