LENGTH RETENTION TIPS.

If you want reach your hair goals or just have healthy hair, then you have to always make sure you seal your ends, regular moisturising is insufficient for some people. sealing maybe necessary to lock in the moisture and keep the ends supple.

The sealing process: Begin by moisturising the ends of your hair with water ( or water-based moisturiser) then follow up with an oil  ( e.g coconut, olive, avocado oil) or a butter (Shea). Be sure to seal your ends after every wash as well.

  1. I will have to agree with you that that is the key to length retention. For some weird reason, I still retain length when I seal without moisturising and even when I moisturise without sealing. Also, I retain length without doing anything. Weird, isn't it?

  14. It's great to know that regular moisturizing is not always sufficient and it makes sense that doing more like adding a sealant might be necessary. Great tip to know. Have a happy new year dear!
