  1. Nice hair you've got. So nature vital is actually ok without side effects? Cos I'm doubtful of using it.

    1. it has sulphate which they say is not good for our hair, cos it strips our hair of its natural oils. but i use very little and leather just once and then use conditioner.

    1. it all depends on your type of hair. but over doing it will definitely make your hair weak.

  3. I really love what you're using on your hair! I like that it is simple products that I can make on my own. I'm seriously considering trying a few of your concoctions!

    2. i really wanted to go for 8 weeks. but i got bored of the braids. 8 weeks is the longest safe time to keep in braids.

  6. I keep braids, weaves, etc. in for at least 2 months.....but it's usually longer. I tend to ride out a hair style *don't judge me*. But my stylist keeps my natural hair really healthy.

  12. Wow, your hair looks really healthy...I've got braids in at the moment, I'm hoping to keep them in for 8 weeks but will probably take them out after 6-7 weeks. Did you wash your hair while your braids were in?
